SIZING
WHAT SIZES DO YOU STOCK? 
Currently we stock Small, Medium and Large as standard with sizes up to 4XL* available to order.
*Available in White and Black T-Shirts only.

WHY DO YOU NOT STOCK SIZE 8,10,12 ETC?
Currently there are no standard inches to Women's clothing sizes. A 34 inch waist can be anything from a size 8 to a size 12 dependent on the manufacturer. Our T-Shirts are made by Gildan in a male fit, this means we go by letters and inches. We've made it as simple as possible for you by ruling out these inconsistent sizes, but if you are in any doubt please contact us.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE I AM? 
You can find our Sizing chart here. If you are looking for a Closer fit please go with the men's size down. We do not stock Extra Small T-Shirts so please choose a small if this is your closer fit. 

IF A SIZE IS SOLD OUT CAN I STILL ORDER IT?
Yes you can, but it may take a little bit longer as it will be made for you specifically. We welcome all enquiries about sizing, if we can source it, we can print it for you. 

SHIPPING
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We know how super exciting it is to receive your parcel, please bear with us! The following delivery times are from the point of dispatch. For items we have in stock, the dispatch will be the next working day. If you are ordering an item that is custom or out of stock, you may have to wait a bit longer! That is because we have to print your order specially however we will let you know via email how long it will be roughly. 

UK: 1st Class (& Signed for) 1-2 days, 2nd Class (& Signed for) 2-3 days and Next day before 1pm. 
EUROPE: 3-5 days
WORLDWIDE: 6-7 days 

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
If you are ordering from outside of the UK, you may charged customs fees on your order. Unfortunately, we can't reduce these or remove them for you. We also cannot be held responsible for them but if you find that an item is delayed by longer than a week please get in touch and we will do our best to find out what is going on for you. 

WILL MY ORDER BE TRACKED?
We know how annoying it is when things vanish in the post, but we also know that shipping can be a huge problem, on top of the price of a product. In order to control this, we've given you the option if you would like the parcel tracked or not, we would always recommend you do! It's worth the extra cash to know that it securely gets to you, we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels that aren't tracked but we will do our best to sort it out. 


PAYMENT
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our partner Klarna. You can also pay through Paypal if you would prefer to do this. 

IS IT SAFE?
As all our payments are processed through our partners at Klarna and Paypal you can be reassured that you are completely safe shopping here. If you are at all unsure we recommend placing your first order through Paypal as you get an additional layer of buyer protection. 


ORDERS
HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?
Our partners at EKM have made this super easy! Click on the product, choose your size (if this applies) add it to your basket and follow the very simple checkout process. If you have any issues at all please contact us on info@thealternativeatticdesign.com and we will guide you through everything. 

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE PROBLEMS PLACING AN ORDER?
We are available Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm (GMT) Our email address is info@thealternativeatticdesign.com and we reply as quickly as receive them. 

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Please contact us as quickly as possible to make any changes especially for custom/out of stock orders. Due to this, please ensure this is within 24 hours as your design will be in production by then and can only accept changes within this timescale.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
IN STOCK ITEMS
For UK orders:
First class orders your order will be you within 1-2 working days, Second Class 2-3 days, and Next Day before 1pm the next working day. 

For International Orders: 
For European Orders 

Most orders will be delivered within 7 working days however this can be affected by how quickly the parcel makes it through the customs process. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, then please contact us and we will attempt to track how far it's got and when you can expect delivery. 


For the Rest of the world
Most orders will be delivered within 7- 10 working days however this can be affected by how quickly the parcel makes it through the customs process. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, please contact us and we will attempt to track how far it's got. 

CUSTOM AND SOLD OUT PRODUCT ORDERS
If your product is being made for you delivery will be different as it takes time to get the product ready for dispatch. We attempt to get all products printed within 3 working days of your order and ready for shipping within 5 working days. However, this can be affected by things out of our control and if we need to wait for items to arrive from our suppliers. Please note at busy times for us and our suppliers, the wait for custom products may be up to 10 working days although we will always let you know by email of any problems. 

CAN I FAST TRACK MY ORDER?
Unfortunately as all of our products are hand printed we cannot fast track. If you are a UK customer, we offer a next day before 1pm delivery option but this will only apply to products that are in stock. If you need it urgently please contact us at info@thealternativeatticdesign.com and we will see if we can do anything else for you. 

DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?

Yes we do, we wrap all orders in coloured tissue paper free of charge but if you need it to be extra special we offer a 50p option at checkout. 


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the printing and the process we cannot accept exchanges currently. 

WHERE DO I RETURN THE ITEM? 

Our returns address can be found very easily at the bottom of the page. Please package your parcel securely and return it to us within 14 days of purchase. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
Unfortunately we don't offer free returns currently due to us only being a small business. You will be liable for returning the item to us at the standard delivery rates. We are looking into this for the future and will keep you informed. 

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I GET MY REFUND?
Refunds are processed by our partners Klarna and Paypal and are subject to their standard refund terms. If you with your bank card with Klarna refunds will take 5-7 banking days. If you choose to pay later the money will be returned to your Klarna account as credit. For Paypal orders please allow 7 banking days for your refund to clear.

PRODUCTS
WHAT DOES MADE TO ORDER MEAN?
Made to order means that it is a one off custom piece made especially for you. We can do made to order on T-Shirts, Tank Tops and Tote Bags currently. So if you like a pattern, but it's not on your favourite product, please get in touch and we will make it to order for you. CAN I STILL ORDER IT IF IT IS SOLD OUT?
In most cases yes you can. You will still be able to add Out of Stock items to your basket but these will be subject to longer waiting times as they will be made directly for you. This doesn't apply to any limited print runs or special one off collections. Please email us if you are unsure if something is still available for purchase. 

DO YOU WELCOME WHOLESALERS AND LARGE ORDERS?
We welcome any wholesale requests within the limits of our capability to produce the items. Please contact info@thealternativeatticdesign.com to discuss how we can help. 


MANUFACTURING
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PRINTED?
All our products are printed in Manchester UK in our home studio. We are completely unique in how we make the products because we want to be 100% unique. We only outsource the products that we do not have the capability to make ourselves currently. 

WHO MAKES YOUR PRODUCTS?
All our T-Shirts,Tanks & Hoodies are Gildan Softstyle made in a Unisex style, we know we've tried.
The Beanies are made by Beechfield UK and are embroidered for us in Leeds. 
Notebooks, Badges, Stickers are designed by us and are produced by our supplier in Leeds, UK.
Our Tote Bags are made by Westford Mill who are also part of the Beechfield UK Group.

WHAT MAKES THE PRODUCTS HERE SO SPECIAL?
Everything is a piece of art, so you are effectively buying a t-shirt as a canvas. When we made these t-shirts they were made to be limited edition pieces. We wanted them to reflect how unique we are as people and to celebrate that uniqueness. 

WHO IS YOUR DESIGNER AND WHERE CAN I CONTACT THEM?
All our printing, textile design, advertising and web design is done by Nez Lewis. She also runs a design company called Designez. You can contact her on Designezcreative@gmail.com and she is available on a freelance basis.
