PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY


We aim to always provide you exactly what you ordered and fault free. Sometimes life doesn’t work like that though and you will need to return your product. So, here is what you need to know about returns.

NO NONSENSE RETURNS POLICY

  1. If your product doesn’t fit you, isn’t to your tastes or you change your mind please return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
  2. The product must be undamaged and unworn apart from how you would try it on in a normal shop.
  3. Please send us an email at info@thealternativeatticdesign.com to tell us that the product is coming back and where you can, the reason why.
  4. Please wrap your item securely and send it back to us at the address at the bottom of the page.
  5. If an item is damaged in transit, faulty or not what you ordered you have a choice of a full refund or we can exchange like for like.
  6. Unfortunately, as we are a small business, we cannot offer free returns right now but are looking at it in the future. However, if it’s our mistake we will pay for the return and refund you the original delivery cost.
  7. We do not accept returns or exchanges for one off custom prints that have been especially designed for you. This excludes current patterns being ordered on a different product.
  8. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours to let us know as printing will commence after this point.
